I just recently purchased a vehicle from Nissan. I found the vehicle online, and Karissa was very professional and quickly got me set up to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. She promptly got me scheduled for a test drive and upon arrival she introduced me to Seth. Seth was extremely kind and professional and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle. I asked to get a few things fixed on my car that was minor. I didn’t bring it back until the oil change because it wasn’t affecting my driving. I needed the piece fixed over my tire and a piece fixed inside. I was told that I should have brought it back the day I noticed it and not waited and that sales would not “eat the charge” to fix the either one.
Employees were awesome! Service was great and affordable. They didn't try to sell me any thing I didn't need. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Coffee was great!!
The service center was a quick drop off and pickup. My Rogue was brought in for a recall, and it was taken care of fairly quickly. No complaints here.

The service tech was very friendly. He went beyond what I expected. He noticed that I had a light on about a low tire and took it back, checked them all and put air in the one that was low, such a treat in this day and she to be treated so well.
